We use the name, email, optional phone, and project details you submit to reply, quote, and manage your inquiry. Please send a general area, not a home address or sensitive information.

Storage & access

Inquiries are stored through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare and are accessible to authorized studio members. Email notifications and advertising analytics are not configured. Briefly retained hashed request identifiers help limit spam. Your email and its hash are kept with the inquiry.

Client deliveries

Delivery galleries display finished files separately from the public portfolio. Galleries may use site storage or a Google Drive folder shared by the studio. Drive-backed galleries require link sharing; anyone who has the underlying Drive link may access it independently of the website code. Google processes those requests. Anyone holding a gallery code can access that gallery until its access expires or is revoked. Session cookies keep a gallery open for up to one hour. Access expiry does not delete the files; the studio removes them manually. Please download and back up your files before expiry.

Retention & requests

We retain inquiry details to follow up and manage potential projects. Booked-project records may be retained for delivery and applicable recordkeeping needs. You can request deletion of an unbooked inquiry at any time; deletion is handled manually. Submit a “Privacy request” from the same email to request access, correction, or deletion.

Media & sign-in

Portfolio images are intended to be public at launch. Do not upload confidential material. Video players load on request and may involve YouTube or Vimeo cookies. Google Fonts supplies typefaces. Studio access uses private founder codes and a necessary secure session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Hashed request identifiers help limit access attempts. We do not sell inquiry information.
